The Procurement Manager – NPI is responsible for the end-to-end execution of procurement activities within New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring on-time material readiness, effective supplier integration, and achievement of cost, delivery, quality, and risk targets from concept through product launch and early ramp-up.
Working under the leadership of the Senior Manager Procurement / NPI, this role translates NPI sourcing strategies into consistent, measurable, and results-driven execution, ensuring that supplier selection, early supplier engagement, efficient prototype sourcing, and industrialization activities are performed with speed, quality, and alignment to business objectives within cross-functional project teams.
The role acts as the operational procurement lead in NPI programs, operates with strong execution discipline, provides data-driven recommendations, and proactively manages risks.

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,500.00–$168,750.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
