Description

Job Title: Procurement Project Manager
Location: Remote – Supporting EST Business Hours
Pay Rate: $49.41/hour W2
Duration: Through EOY, with potential extension based on client need and performance

Job Description

  • Lead procurement projects and operational initiatives across Employee Benefits and Talent Acquisition categories.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes, supplier selection, requirements gathering, supplier evaluations, and sourcing recommendations.
  • Manage cross-functional procurement workstreams involving HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, MSAs, SOWs, supplier transitions, and contract separation activities.
  • Support global/OUS procurement initiatives, including Benefits Brokerage, Benefits Consulting, RPO, and other HR service categories.
  • Support divestitures, carve-outs, business separations, and supplier transition initiatives.
  • Perform procurement data collection, validation, analysis, savings tracking, and business-case development.
  • Maintain project governance including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and procurement metrics.
  • Develop executive-level sourcing recommendations, governance materials, status reports, and decision documentation.
  • Identify and implement procurement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support category strategy, payment-term remediation, supplier governance, and procurement performance initiatives.
  • Work regularly between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM ET to support EMEA collaboration.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills

  • 8–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, or Supplier Management.
  • Procurement category management experience supporting Employee Benefits and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with RFI/RFP management, supplier evaluation, sourcing, and supplier selection.
  • Contract administration experience including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, and contract separations.
  • Supplier governance and supplier transition experience.
  • Procurement data analysis and sourcing analytics across multiple suppliers, countries, and stakeholders.
  • Project governance involving milestone tracking, risk/issue management, dependency management, and decision logging.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent procurement projects and workstreams.
  • Experience supporting procurement initiatives across global/international markets.

Preferred Skills

  • Employee Benefits procurement experience, including Benefits Brokerage, Benefits Consulting, Health & Welfare, or Pension.
  • Talent Acquisition procurement experience, including RPO services.
  • Experience with divestitures, carve-outs, business separations, and separation-related procurement activities.
  • Experience developing category strategies, savings targets, and procurement business cases.
  • Experience supporting EMEA and other OUS markets.
  • Experience with supplier transitions and procurement-related operational transformation.
