Procurement Manager - Direct Fastening

As Procurement Manager, you own a product category end-to-end, defining the supply strategy to ensure availability, quality, and cost competitiveness. Working closely with suppliers, plants, and cross-functional teams, you drive supply excellence, enable innovation, and play a key role in delivering Hilti's reliable solutions to our customers.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you combine strong technical understanding with strategic supplier management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, chemical) or business with strong technical exposure.

Professional experience in procurement or supply chain management within a global or manufacturing environment.

Proven negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships or commercial agreements.

Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with cost analysis, system modeling, or value engineering tools (e.g., TCO).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and German.
