Location: White Plains, NY 10601
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $32 - $35 per hour
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days onsite weekly

Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist with data validation and corrections resulting from procurement activities.
- Assist with daily compliance efforts with 100% accuracy.
- Administrative responsibilities.
- Collaboration with buying team to assist in their compliance requirements.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn. Ability to follow tedious instructions.
- Excellent Excel skills (ability to execute formulas on demand, a plus) Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products.
- Able to work as part of a team;dependable, punctual and pleasant Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of SAP, not required, but a plus.
