    Spire Solutions is hiring a Procurement Division Manager to join our team in Des Moines, IA! The Procurement Division Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for construction project sites. In this role you will ensure materials arrive on time to meet contract obligations while coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and manufacturers.

    What You'll Do:

    What We're Looking For:

    Experience:

    10+ years of experience in a procurement function in a construction related industry Lean principles experience is a plus Industry related degree is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

    Skills:

    Strong business acumen, tact, and relationship building skills High level of initiative and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership skills and comfortable with conflict resolution Strong negotiation skills for negotiating cost and contract terms Ability to implement efficient and effective procurement processes and procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Flexibility to balance competing needs Project management skills

    Technology:

    Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
