Procurement Coordinator (Junior Buyer)
Cedar Park, TX (Onsite) | 6-Month Contract, potential to convert | $26–$30/hr
ABOUT THE ROLE
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to handle routine purchasing across electrical, mechanical, and 3D print categories. You'll process POs, manage reorders, and support suppliers on established parts so category buyers can focus on sourcing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create and manage POs for hardware, consumables, and recurring buys
• Place reorders based on inventory levels and reorder points
• Send routine RFQs, compile quotes, and track open orders through delivery
• Manage a prioritized queue of purchasing requests from multiple teams
• Serve as day-to-day supplier contact and resolve delays or invoice issues
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, lead time, and spend data
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Hands-on PO processing and supplier management experience
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/inventory system experience
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• NetSuite experience
• Manufacturing background
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Onsite, split between office and warehouse. Occasional lifting of parts and materials.
