Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $52-$85/hr

Employment Type: 12 month Contract to Hire

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator for an advanced reactor technology company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in procurement oversight, project coordination, and cost management looking to further their career in nuclear energy and project delivery.

  • Support EPC contractor procurement activities and maintain adherence to the integrated master control schedule
  • Track procurement budgets, cost variance, and identify cost mitigation efforts from award through contract finalization
  • Coordinate across engineering, contracts, and legal teams to resolve procurement roadblocks and support timely contract awards
  • Manage procurement and technical document reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support contract change requests and supply chain development for current and future projects

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of project management, project delivery, or procurement experience for large projects, preferably in energy, power generation, or nuclear industries; ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budget control tools, EVMS, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), and strong communication and organizational skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Primavera P6, Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA), or similar project management platforms
  • Project controls experience in nuclear or advanced reactor technology projects
  • Experience supporting large integrated government projects
