ITS is seeking a Procurement Compliance Specialist to support compliance activities for federally and state-funded projects. This position focuses on documentation, reporting, certifications, audit preparation, and making sure required procurement records are complete and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain procurement compliance documentation and audit-ready files.
- Manage supplier certifications and required procurement records.
- Track compliance requirements, milestones, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up as needed.
- Work with sourcing teams, project teams, contract management, Legal, and suppliers to obtain required information.
- Support audits and agency reviews.
- Assist with BABA, CPA, and other supplier certification requirements.
- Help develop procedures, templates, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Project management, construction, engineering, project controls, estimating, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience with reporting, compliance tracking, records management, or audits is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
