Procurement Category Manager

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Procurement Category Manager with a global logistics services company in Seattle. This is strategic procurement leadership role responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating complex contracts, and driving cost optimization across IT and Professional Services categories. This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to lead end-to-end category management, including market analysis, supplier performance, risk mitigation, contract management, and procurement process improvements. Requirements:

• 7+ years of program or category management experience, ideally with good exposure to IT & Professional Services
• Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation skills
• Expertise in vendor management
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with data-driven decision making, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong at managing complex procurement initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 150-175k
