Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute purchasing and planning strategies
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and market trends to support buying decisions
Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure continuity of supply
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to optimize cost and quality
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Track and report on key performance indicators related to purchasing and inventory
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory management and demand planning
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and collaboration skills
1–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain planning
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
Understanding of inventory control, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
