Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities include the ability to coordinate procurement activities which include preparation of bid packages, conducting pre-bid meetings, evaluating bids, negotiating terms & conditions, issue contracts, amendments, purchase orders and change orders as required. Procurement Analyst position is available for 12+ months that is mainly remote, but they're seeking candidates that reside on Long Island (the role might require one day onsite in the future in the Westbury area of LI).

• You will be responsible for accurate procurement planning, innovative sourcing, contract development and contract administration while maintaining compliance with enterprise procurement policies and procedures
• Responsibilities include the ability to coordinate procurement activities which include preparation of bid packages, conducting pre-bid meetings, evaluating bids, negotiating terms & conditions, issue contracts, amendments, purchase orders and change orders as required.
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Pay rate is $65-70/HR W2
