    Procurement Analyst (Buyer) –IT Procurement
    Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid –2 days/week onsite)
    Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

     
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
    • Hands-on experience with IT procurement, including software, SaaS, IT hardware, and technology services.
    • Experience leading sourcing events such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
    • Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation experience.
    • Knowledge of procurement contracts, including MSA, SOW, NDA, SLA, and software licensing agreements.
    • Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools such as Ariba, SAP, Coupa, or similar procurement systems.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and spend analysis.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
     
     
    Must have:
    • IT procurement experience.
    • Hands on experience with IT SLA/ IT contract term negotiations, MSA & SOW.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud solutions, and technology services.
    • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers to meet business requirements.
    • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while minimizing business risk.
    • Draft, review, and support execution of procurement-related agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, and SLAs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business units, and suppliers.
    • Process purchase orders and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
    • Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
    • Support cross-functional sourcing initiatives across multiple technology categories.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and supplier governance standards.
    • Will be responsible for sourcing of vendors and identifying the best vendors for IT related procurement for e.G., projects related to services & hardware, IT upgrades etc.
    • Handle asset management, SaaS procurement and SLA/contract term negotiations.
    • Lead RFPs, sourcing events, and supplier negotiations.
    • Support procurement across technology related commodities.
