• Pay Rate: $82.00 / Hour (USD)
• Hours per Week: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

The Procure-to-Pay Specialist is responsible for managing the full procure-to-pay cycle, from processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders through invoice handling and vendor relationship management, in full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Handle invoices for timely payment
• Match invoices against POs and goods receipt
• Perform administrative support for capital projects
• Maintain good relationships with vendors, addressing any issues related to orders and payments
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for transactions
• Improve process efficiency to reduce costs
• Assist in other project administration tasks as needed

Required Skills

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• SAP experience (required)

Preferred Skills

• EPC experience

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or similar experience

Required Experience

• 3 5 years of experience in procurement and/or accounts payable
