Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Procore Implementation Specialist to support the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that improve project execution, workflow, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
The Procore Implementation Specialist will work closely with project teams, project managers, business line managers, and leadership to evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement technology-driven solutions. This role will have a strong focus on Procore implementation, adoption, process improvement, and user support, while also contributing to broader technology and innovation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Procore experience, strong project and process management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Procore across project teams and business processes.
- Partner with project teams to document business processes and identify opportunities to improve project execution, workflow, communication, and efficiency.
- Evaluate existing processes and technology tools and recommend solutions that improve project delivery and operational performance.
- Assist with the development and presentation of proposed technology solutions, including software, hardware, automated processes, integrations, and other technology applications.
- Support proof-of-concept activities and evaluate potential solutions based on cost savings, benefits, productivity improvements, and automation opportunities.
- Implement technology solutions while supporting successful stakeholder adoption and change management.
- Provide ongoing technology and Procore support to project teams to ensure optimal utilization of available tools and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the use of Procore throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research emerging technologies and develop innovative approaches to improve services, processes, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, business line managers, division leadership, IT, and other internal stakeholders to develop cohesive technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and evaluate potential integrations into existing business processes.
- Assist with business cases for significant technology investments, initiatives, partnerships, and new solutions.
- Support the development and launch of innovative technology products, solutions, and services designed to improve project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor technology and industry trends and communicate relevant developments to leadership and project teams.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events as appropriate to research emerging technologies and market trends.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to create new revenue streams and improve project profit margins through technology and process innovation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Procore experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting; OR
- Associate degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting.
- Strong knowledge of project and program management principles, processes, and standard practices.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and apply that knowledge to business and project deliverables.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with engineering, project management, CAD, GIS, analysis, or data acquisition platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with both internal and external audiences.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to work methodically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, facilitation, collaboration, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, leadership, technical personnel, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or administering Procore in a construction or engineering environment.
- Experience with Procore integrations, workflows, reporting, and user adoption.
- Experience with construction project management processes and technology.
- Knowledge of computer logic, automation, data analytics, and process improvement.
- Experience with software implementation, technology consulting, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Engineering in Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- Experience developing proof-of-concept solutions and business cases.
- Experience working with technology vendors and third-party software providers.
