About the Role:Colonial Title Group Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Processor/Closer to join our team in Dandridge, TN! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth and accurate closings for our clients. Responsibilities:- Process and manage real estate title orders from opening to closing
- Prepare and review closing documents, HUD-1/ALTA settlement statements, and title commitments
- Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders
- Conduct title searches and examine title reports to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure all closing conditions and lender requirements are met prior to settlement
- Disburse funds and record documents accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and compliant closing files in accordance with state and company guidelines
Requirements:- Prior experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions
- Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders
- Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
