Location  : Austin, TX must be 100% onsite.
Duration  : 6 months
Rate Range: $20 - $25/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Information Processing Specialist with a focus on the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in COI and basic certificate issuance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the insurance domain
• Knowledge of Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Basic certificate issuance skills
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications in insurance or related fields
• Experience with specific insurance software tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process and manage insurance documents and certificates
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
