OneSource Staffing is hiring for multiple positions with a leading poultry operation. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!
Available Positions: These are Full-Time positions, involving the Production, Packing & Cleaning in an Egg Production facility.
Pay & Schedule: $18.00/Hour | 40 Hours Per Week
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week required - Employees must select at least 4 workdays per week.
- 10-hour shifts - Each scheduled workday is 10 hours.
- Want extra hours? Additional days may be available based on staffing needs and supervisor approval.
- Weekend availability required - Every employee must work at least 2 weekends per month, totaling a minimum of 4 weekend days per month.
Weekend Scheduling Options
Employees must select a schedule that meets the minimum weekend requirement. Options may include:
- Every Weekend: Work both Saturday and Sunday each week.
- Every Other Weekend: Work both Saturday and Sunday every other week.
- One Weekend Day Each Week: Work either Saturday or Sunday each week.
- Alternative Schedules: Other combinations are acceptable as long as the minimum requirement of 4 weekend days per month is met.
Please Note: Weekend scheduling is required for all employees. Be sure you're comfortable with this requirement before applying!
What you will do:
- Pack eggs into cartons, flats, and boxes.
- Inspect eggs for quality and remove damaged products.
- Lift up to 30 lbs. consecutively throughout shift
- Label and date-stamp products accurately.
- Operate automated equipment and maintain a clean, food-safe workspace.
- Clean as an essential function of all positions
- Any OTHER duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- You MUST have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or agriculture
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individuals.
- Ability to learn & work in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and biosecurity procedures.
- Previous poultry, production, warehouse, or maintenance experience is a plus, depending on the position.
