Process Validation Specialist

Title: Process Validation Specialist
Length of Assignment: 12 Months
Location: Greenville, NC
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm EST
Pay Rate: $45/hr-$54/Hr on W2

Responsibilities:
Consultants day to day responsibilities:
Review existing validation plans, process documentation, risk assessments, batch records, SOPs, and prior qualification packages to identify gaps.
Develop and revise process-validation protocols, PPQ protocols, sampling plans, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
Coordinate protocol readiness with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Laboratory teams.
Execute process-validation and PPQ activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring each step is performed and documented according to the approved protocol.
Collect and review process data, test results, equipment parameters, and supporting records to confirm acceptance criteria have been met.
