Process Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Process/Manufacturing technician experience in pilot production/R&D cleanroom environment (minimum 5 years Thin Film Deposition)
• Experience with lab metrology equipment
• Experience with manufacturing systems via MES including statistical process control (SPC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Execute standardized manufacturing plans and procedures
• Support next generation R&D engineering work orders
• Work closely with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback
• Train other technicians and engineering team members as needed and attain the status of module area designated trainer
• Manage work area materials, ensuring no supply gaps
• Maintain customer orientation with a primary focus on delivery commitments by consistently following MES job dispatch priorities
