    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety goals.
    • Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations.
    • Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and help implement effective corrective actions.
    • Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process-related challenges.
    • Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials.
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters.
    • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.
    • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a technical, maintenance, process, or production support role.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
    • Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
