We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team at our facility in Monette, AR, 72447. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and products.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in training new staff on process operations and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Five (5) years previous experience in a manufacturing or process technician role is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
