What You'll Do as a Process Technician:- Start up, shut down, and perform changeovers on extrusion lines
- Monitor and optimize extrusion line performance to maintain peak efficiency
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issues
- Ensure plastic sheets and rolls meet customer specifications and company quality standards
- Train and support team members on production processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate production records, including employee time allocation to manufacturing orders
- Follow quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements while supporting continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Process Technician Role:- At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate customer and industry documentation effectively
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and verify authorization to work in the United States
