    About the Job

    The Process Technician plays a key role in safely manufacturing, handling, and loading lime slurry products while supporting plant operations, equipment performance, and continuous improvement efforts.

    • Safely load and unload lime slurry and pneumatic tanker products for customer shipments.
    • Wash, inspect, and prepare liquid tankers for loading operations.
    • Operate plant machinery, mobile equipment, and production systems.
    • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues.
    • Support equipment maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
    • Initiate maintenance requests and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
    • Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with all safety procedures.
    • Collaborate with team members to maximize plant efficiency, production, and reliability.

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to work overtime, holidays, and respond to call-ins as plant operations require.
    • Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work comfortably at heights.
    • Ability to perform general maintenance activities and operate industrial equipment safely.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience operating manual transmission vehicles.
    • Experience backing and maneuvering trailers.
    • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of an empowered team.
    • Commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
