    Hiring Opportunity: Delaware, OH

    Our client is looking to hire on a Process Technician! Our client is an American Cast Iron Foundry carrying a long history of producing high-quality gray and ductile iron castings. They boast only a 2.5% turnover rate.

    The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting foundry operations through process documentation, data collection, and quality/process monitoring.



    Basic Responsibilities:
    - Document manufacturing processes throughout the foundry by taking photographs and uploading process documentation into the company's Odyssey system.
    - Conduct time studies on manufacturing processes to support accurate costing and quoting.
    - Learn and develop a strong understanding of the foundry's manufacturing processes and procedures.
    - Observe production activities and help ensure established processes and procedures are being followed correctly.
    - Serve as an additional set of eyes and ears on the production floor, identifying potential process issues or deviations.
    - Maintain accurate and organized documentation and data.
    - Work closely with production and other internal teams to support process improvement and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent required.
    - Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    - Ability to work comfortably in both an office and industrial/foundry environment.
    - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production personnel.
    - Ability and willingness to learn manufacturing processes and procedures.
    - Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is a huge plus.
