- Education - HS Diploma, AAS degree strongly preferred.
- Experience - 3 years semiconductor cleanroom experience
- Strong, effective communication and Leadership / Teamwork skills are required.
- Language Fluency - Fluent in English Language - written & verbal
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.20 -$36.92 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Recipe builds on Bare wafer, Brightfield, Darkfield, Macro Inspection, and SEM review tools
- Recover from process and tool interruptions, including lot and equipment disposition
- Authors department work instructions and procedures
- Perform engineering experiments
- Identify ways to improve tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost. Participate in continuous improvement.
- Train new team members
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
