    Process Standardization & Performance Engineer
    Location: Greater Atlanta Area

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supporting global equipment and process strategy by assisting ISC Engineering leaders in driving, analyzing, and structuring equipment and process performance data.
    • Coordinating mapping of manufacturing lines to optimize process layouts and workflows.
    • Establishing a structured technology architecture across the network to identify best-in-class solutions and supporting line design and technological strategies.
    • Facilitating benchmarking meetings with ISC Engineering equipment and process design experts, plants, and Excellence teams to collect best practices and insights.
    • Contributing to equipment and process standards and knowledge capitalization by defining, validating, and maintaining standardized process and technology architectures for scalable deployment.
    • Capturing and structuring lessons learned from projects and site support activities to inform continuous improvement.
    • Building technical guidelines for future production line designs and upgrades to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Defining and deploying engineering standards, templates, and rules within the organization’s daily work practices.
    • Maintaining a structured knowledge repository to ensure robustness, accessibility, and long-term sustainability.
    • Developing engineering skills by promoting enterprise knowledge sharing and continuous capability development across engineering communities.
    • Enabling engineering teams to improve understanding of equipment performance and process risks through enterprise analytics, insights, and standardized performance models.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
    • Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrialization, operational excellence, or manufacturing technology within regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, aerospace, or automotive.
    • Strong proficiency in English for effective international collaboration.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams globally.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Understanding of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFMA principles.
    • Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing sites.
