Process Server - East County San Diego

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and reliable Process Servers to support our growing workload in San Diego East County. This is an opportunity to take control of your schedule while partnering with a well-established litigation support company.

As a Process Server, you'll be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses, primarily at residential locations. Success in this role comes from being proactive, organized, and available during the times when service is most effective-mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses
• Provide real-time status updates using your smartphone
• Plan and execute service attempts efficiently within your assigned areas
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with recipients

Job Qualifications:

• Active registration as a California Process Server
• Valid Fictitious Business Name Statement and business license
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Smartphone for communication and updates

Schedule/Location:

• Independent contractor (Full-time or Part-time opportunities available)
• Set your own schedule, with availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Pay is per order and depends on service type and location.
• Service area: San Diego East County (El Cajon, Lakeside, Santee, Alpine, Descanso, Ramona, Campo, Boulevard, Potrero, Jamul)
