You support our team as Process & Reliability Engineer (Plastics & Rubber) arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right Asset Reliability: Analyze downtime trends, improve equipment reliability, reduce repeat failures, and standardize rebuild and overhaul practices. Process Parameter Control: Monitor and optimize critical vulcanization parameters, validate control systems, and ensure process stability and Control Plan compliance. Production Support: Provide real-time troubleshooting, support equipment startups, and minimize unplanned production interruptions. Scrap & Quality Reduction: Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality and Production teams to reduce scrap and improve process stability. Predictive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring: Utilize condition monitoring tools to identify early equipment issues and develop predictive maintenance programs for presses and supporting systems. Qualificationsarrow_right Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 2+ years of relevant manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering experience. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency with computer-based systems and data analysis tools.
