    Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying two steps ahead of defects? Imagine this: a spike in scrap appears mid-shift. You dive into control plans, run targeted checks, enter findings into the Quality System (including GMaP’s data when needed), and collaborate with operations to stabilize the process—protecting yield and customer trust.     What you will do

    • Translate work instructions and control plans into consistent, on-time verification.
    • Conduct in-process inspections to keep the process nominal; document results in the Quality System.
    • Track and interpret reliability and yield trends; communicate actions clearly.
    • Support quick, safe changeovers and maintain a spotless, organized work area using 5S.
    • Apply safety know-how: proper PPE, and the location/purpose of lockouts and e-stops.
    • Troubleshoot issues, solve problems at the root, and take on other departmental tasks assigned by supervision.

    What you bring

    • Proven reliability—attendance, attitude, and sound decision-making that set the standard.
    • Basic computer proficiency preferred.
    • Team-first mindset; cooperative, quick to find common ground and resolve conflicts.
    • Self-starter with perseverance to finish assignments even amid resistance or setbacks.

    Schedule, attendance, and physical demands

    • 8-hour Monday–Friday shifts.
    • Willing to work days or nights and overtime.
    • Frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
    • Reliable transportation; regular and predictable attendance.
    • May be required to work beyond 40 hours for deadlines, including some weekends and holidays.

    Compensation and benefits

    • Shift premium $1.50 and shift commitment bonus $2.00.
