At our largest North American premix site, you’ll help create liquids and dry blends that support dietary supplements, infant formula premixes, and foods worldwide. Your impact

Picture this: you review the batch plan, stage materials, and move dry pre-mix powders (up to 55 lbs) safely from storage to the dispensary. You verify weights, feed mixers, load blenders, and complete final packaging. You sample at critical points, inspect raw and finished goods, and palletize and store products with care—always honoring the 4-eye principle guideline. You work confidently across production areas, quickly documenting exceptions and deviations, escalating disturbances to your Supervisor, and keeping the process on track.

What you’ll handle

• Raw material handling, weighing per batch formulas, mixing, blending, sampling, and final packaging.
• In-process and final inspections; safe palletizing and storage of materials and finished goods.
• Equipment monitoring and documentation of failures, exceptions, deviations, and actions taken.
• Clear communication with the Supervisor regarding process adjustments and concerns.

What you bring

• High school diploma/GED; ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.
• Strong teamwork, basic computer skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs consistently across the shift.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• FDA requirements: no facial hair or artificial nails; consistent use of PPE, including a respirator, throughout the shift.

Pay, schedule, and benefits

• Base pay: $21.00/hour; shift differentials of +$0.50/hour (2nd) and +$1.75/hour (3rd).
• 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM EST; 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM EST.
