Megafactory Texas is looking for a dynamic leader to manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and associates in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This self-starter will drive Process and Non-Conforming Material (NCM) initiatives, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve production yield, rework quality, and NCM processes. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and fostering continuous improvement.

  • Lead projects to align with department goals, managing operations and metrics on the manufacturing floor to enhance FPY, reduce scrap, and perform root cause analysis for excursions
  • Build and mentor a motivated team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and addressing competency gaps to deliver high-quality results against aggressive targets
  • Develop training programs, hiring plans, and standardized manufacturing instructions for repair/rework processes
  • Empower the team to collaborate with Engineering on product manufacturability, line productivity, and cross-functional process improvements (e.g., with NPI, MRB, and Production)
  • 3+ years managing teams in high-volume manufacturing, with experience in team selection, development, and lean methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, including data collection, performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs), and proficiency in statistical software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills; ability to lead under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and present to executives
  • Innovative mindset with aptitude for quick learning, creative process improvements, and EHS adherence
