Job title: Process Manager
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid
Rate: $50-$55/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in process management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with project management software
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective process solutions
- Monitor process performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
