JOB PURPOSEThe Process Improvement Specialist serves as a member of the Center of Excellence (COE), partnering with teams across Health One Alliance to improve processes, support Agile practices, and leverage data to drive informed decision-making. This role facilitates continuous improvement efforts, helps teams solve operational challenges, and supports the adoption of effective ways of working that enhance organizational effectiveness and deliver business value. General Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Moderate to significant amount of stress in meeting deadlines and dealing with day-to-day responsibilities. Must be able to drive a vehicle and daytime/overnight travel as required.
