About the Role

This role is crucial for designing and implementing organizational changes that enhance quality and streamline operations. By analyzing current processes, this position identifies high-value improvement opportunities and leads their successful implementation, delivering measurable results for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal processes to uncover opportunities that strengthen quality and operational performance.
  • Define key performance indicators for reviewed functions, assess current-state results, and establish clear future-state targets and objectives.
  • Lead the rollout of process improvements and monitor progress against efficiency and quality goals.
  • Prepare all required documentation completely and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Comply with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience in resolving the most complex and challenging issues.
  • Expert-level knowledge of relevant subject matter.
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills for team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of related experience.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification may be required.
