Summary
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is developing a new greenfield, multi-modality manufacturing facility and is seeking a PHA Facilitator with 3 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to support process safety reviews ahead of site startup.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and Process Hazard Reviews (PHRs).
Lead cross-functional teams through HAZOP, What-If, Checklist, FMEA, and LOPA-related discussions.
Identify process hazards, evaluate risks, and assess safeguards.
Document findings, recommendations, and actionable follow-up items.
Ensure reviews align with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and site safety standards.
Requirements
3 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with PHA/PHR facilitation and process safety reviews.
Knowledge of HAZOP, What-If, Checklist, FMEA, and LOPA methodologies.
Understanding of OSHA PSM requirements.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and cross-functional facilitation skills.
