Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Governance Continuous Improvement Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process documentation, program and project coordination, and stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement and consensus across distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Document processes, procedures, and workflows with accuracy and clarity.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create, analyze, and enhance processes.
• Coordinate meeting schedules across multiple stakeholders and escalate conflicts or concerns proactively.
• Manage competing priorities across programs and projects in a global, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to align stakeholders, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
• Proven ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
• Program and project management skills with experience handling multiple priorities.
• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to influence opinions and actions and build trust.
• High attention to detail with ability to document processes and procedures and track review schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years in internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal, or compliance within financial services or technology.
• Experience in banking technology, ideally with experience at BAC.
• Risk or Audit certifications such as CISA or CISSP.

Engagement Details

• Start month: October or November.
• Interview process: 2 rounds, video required.
• Hybrid schedule: minimum 3 days onsite per week.
• Glider ID verification required.

• Maximum of 3 submissions per vendor. Resume bucket covers 2 roles.
• Submit for approved location at the correct rate.
