Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, for reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner through interactive visualizations and management reports.
- Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, owners, and timelines.
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to track action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Facilitate effective meetings, status reviews, and project discussions by ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Support project governance activities through timely reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 a year
