Process Equipment Reliability Mechanic
Location: Chagrin Falls, OH
Schedule: First shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), Monday–Friday; occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
You arrive at 6:00 AM, review the preventive maintenance queue, and prioritize work orders for critical production assets used to make industrial roofing urethane, asphalt products, and adhesive tape. Before the first batch launches, you’re inspecting pumps and mixers, checking utilities, and verifying safeguards. Mid-morning, you’re collaborating with engineers on a new equipment installation—assisting with commissioning, validating controls, and documenting results. The afternoon may find you troubleshooting a PLC/HMI alarm on a line, repairing a leaky utility line, or coaching teammates on basic maintenance practices. Throughout the day, you capture accurate records for repairs, purchases, audits, and compliance.
This role is part of the Maintenance Team and reports to the Production Manager. You’ll join during a period of strong growth with opportunities to collaborate across a diverse workforce.
