The Process Engineering Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in in accordance with operational and production processes. The position supports the development and launch of next-generation aerospace and defense products. This role works closely with Process Development Engineers, Design Engineers, Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, and Manufacturing teams to support prototype builds, process development activities, qualification, and production readiness efforts.
Experience / Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Support NPD prototype builds, process development, and validation activities for aerospace and defense sensors and controls products.
Assist Process Development Engineers with APQP deliverables, manufacturing process development, testing, and product industrialization.
Build and test prototype hardware, collect and analyze process data, and maintain engineering documentation.
Support qualification activity, FAI activities, production readiness reviews, and manufacturing launches.
Collaborate across engineering, quality, operations, and program teams to successfully transition new products into production.

Hourly Base Pay Range:
$32.00 - $44.00
