Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Technician to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with cross-functional teams, and helping drive production processes forward.
Rather than being heavily focused on equipment maintenance, this position serves as a key link between engineering, operations, and production teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable communicating technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing processes and help ensure production runs efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between multiple departments, communicating technical information clearly.
- Monitor processes, identify issues, and proactively report concerns or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep production moving.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and contamination control requirements.
- Learn new processes and procedures quickly while adapting to changing priorities.
- Utilize computer systems and software to document activities and support production operations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to improve overall process performance.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following gowning procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to ask questions.
- Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software (Windows, Linux, or similar operating systems).
- Open to training and eager to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to adapt in an environment where processes may evolve over time.
