Description

This Process Engineer will be responsible for:

• Implementing new equipment, manufacturing technologies, and production processes.
• Leading CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning.
• Developing and optimizing extrusion and manufacturing processes.
• Managing safety, ergonomic, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Training operators and supervisors on equipment and procedures.
• Driving continuous improvement and scrap reduction programs

Profile

A Successful Process Engineer will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering experience.
• Experience within wire, cable, hose, tube, or extrusion manufacturing environments.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Lean Manufacturing training or certification preferred.
• Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement skill
