As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct root cause analysis on failures, identify solutions, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in Tech and Design Reviews of existing and new product introductions (NPI).
- Evaluate and procure new equipment, and perform product and process validations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Provide technical support to customers on design and manufacturability issues.
What's Needed?
- Ability to successfully perform mathematical and physics calculations.
Project planning and drafting skills are essential.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop technical and creative solutions to a variety of issues, preventing delays and ensuring projects remain on track.
Effective team coordination and collaboration skills are essential.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Knowledge of component identification is required.
