Job Purpose:
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining diverse manufacturing processes within PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and System Engineering (TLA). This role is a "hands-on" problem solver who bridges the gap between high-level engineering and floor-level execution. You will qualify new equipment, collaborate with technicians to refine processes, and ensure that all assembly stages meet rigorous quality and performance standards.

Education and Experience:
o Familiarity with industry-standard process requirements (e.g., IPC standards).
o A "floor-first" mentality-enjoys spending time on the line with operators and technicians to guide process optimization.
o Proactive learner with a passion for mastering new equipment and complex assembly scenarios.

Salary Range(annual): $70,000 - $85,000
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
