Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner for assigned production processes, ensuring process control and stability.
- Partner with Operations leadership to achieve key production KPIs including yield, productivity, and customer service.
- Provide hands-on engineering support to troubleshoot complex process/equipment issues.
- Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools and statistical methods.
- Analyze process data to diagnose drivers of variation and develop effective communication of results.
- Establish and improve process documentation and support change management.
- Support industrialization for new products and process changes, ensuring readiness for production.
- Act as a role model for safe behaviors and provide technical coaching to production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel-based analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and open-minded.
Preferences
- 5 years manufacturing/process engineering experience in coatings, cleanroom, or chemical processing environments.
- Demonstrated Lean/Six Sigma application (Green Belt/Black Belt).
- Statistical analysis experience and ability to apply DOE, SPC, and capability studies.
