As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stable, capable, safe, and cost-effective production processes that meet quality, yield, productivity, and customer requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary technical owner for assigned production processes, ensuring process control and stability.
    • Partner with Operations leadership to achieve key production KPIs including yield, productivity, and customer service.
    • Provide hands-on engineering support to troubleshoot complex process/equipment issues.
    • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools and statistical methods.
    • Analyze process data to diagnose drivers of variation and develop effective communication of results.
    • Establish and improve process documentation and support change management.
    • Support industrialization for new products and process changes, ensuring readiness for production.
    • Act as a role model for safe behaviors and provide technical coaching to production teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related) or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel-based analysis and reporting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and open-minded.

    Preferences

    • 5 years manufacturing/process engineering experience in coatings, cleanroom, or chemical processing environments.
    • Demonstrated Lean/Six Sigma application (Green Belt/Black Belt).
    • Statistical analysis experience and ability to apply DOE, SPC, and capability studies.
