Process Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join a leading manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Provide daily technical support to plant operations by troubleshooting process and equipment issues, particularly PLC-related systems.
• Conduct technical reviews of process changes, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and plant personnel.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
• Demonstrated experience in PLC troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
