Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Technical Specialist responsible for providing manufacturing and sustaining engineering support in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Drives process improvements, yield enhancement, equipment optimization, and implementation of manufacturing solutions to meet quality, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Collaborates with R&D, Product Development, Quality, and Operations teams to support new product introduction and design transfer activities.
• Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes, performs process validation, statistical analysis, equipment selection, installation and qualification. Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Works independently on moderately complex projects, contributes to milestone achievement, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and may mentor junior engineers.
