You will own process engineering across the site: continuous improvement programs, capital project support, process analysis and optimization, and daily presence on the production floor. If you are looking to manage a large team, this is not the right seat. If you are looking for broad technical ownership and executive-level visibility without the management overhead, this is worth a conversation.
