Process Engineer | Metal Fab

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization
• Support implementation and enhancement of ERP, MES, and SCADA systems
• Identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve operational performance
• Manage and execute manufacturing improvement projects from planning through implementation
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and performance improvements
• Ensure manufacturing processes align with quality and regulatory requirements
• Support process automation and manufacturing technology initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, or continuous improvement environments
• Experience working with ERP, MES, and/or SCADA systems
• Proven project management experience within manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience with process simulation and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
• Experience with process control and manufacturing automation technologies
• Background in fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environments
