    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail‑oriented and innovative Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving production processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    *Evaluate current manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

    *Develop and monitor quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

    *Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

    *Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

    *Ensure all processes meet OSHA and company safety standards, promoting a safe work environment.

    *Provide engineering support to production staff, troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.

    • Maintain accurate records of process changes, equipment modifications, and performance metrics.

    *Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    *Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.

    *2–5 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.

    *Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, process design, and production workflows.

    • Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.

    *Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

    *Skilled in CAD, ERP systems, and process simulation software.
