Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support commissioning, qualification, and startup of a new API manufacturing facility for peptide production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
• Review C&Q protocols, test cases, discrepancies, and turnover documents.
• Perform equipment walkdowns, installation verification, and troubleshooting.
• Support safety reviews, LOTO planning, and PSSR activities.
• Verify equipment readiness and hand over systems to Operations.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of process engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of process equipment and C&Q activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of equipment safety and manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work onsite and support flexible shifts.

Preferred: Pharmaceutical/API manufacturing, greenfield startup, C&Q protocols, PSM, LOTO, and PSSR experience.
